I’ve got my Marquette in barrels and carboys sulfited and aging till next season, 35 gallons in all. This year it completed MLF and has no issues with off smells. My 2 juice buckets are half way thru MLF and will be sulfited in a few weeks. Everything is cleaned up and put away. now I’m going to enlarge my fence around the vineyard so I can spray the outer rows easier. The fence is only three feet away from the vines. Hope everyone has had a great harvest this year.
