Apples Wine

I'll be checking the apple wine later tonight. I added an Fpac to it but I think it still needs a little back sweetening. I can tell that there is no ginger root in this one. It's still very yummy.

I just started my Apple Spice wine a few days ago - used Fugi and Gala apples, added cinnamon sticks and cloves (in a tea bag - removed after a few days so it wouldn't over power the wine).

Starting SG was 1.086 and is now 1.049 - will press in a few days.
