... and all the retail stores say nobody wants them, there is no interest. Probably no interest because no one KNOWS they are even available. I think I'd have to drive at least 4 hours one way to get to the closest ones. WTH with the South? LOL... You'd think in Nashville or Birmingham or Atlanta, there'd be winemakers going in on a truckload. Been working on this for months, though. No joy. It is beer and distilling country, is what they all tell me. If that's so, why is there always a line in the fall at my local vineyard? Anyway, still working on it... Dang, the Chilean price is half or less what California buckets are. I am just so frustrated, that I have to vent! :D

I just got referred to the Chattanooga Wine Club. Doesn't look like they do buckets (maybe I can convince them) but it sounds neat anyway. About 2 hours from me.

I also contacted my vineyard and suggested that a prepaid bucket delivery might be a good spring activity for it. Sheesh.

Mine is a 3 hour drive each way and makes for a long day but worth it. I can honestly say though I've never experienced them at half price, typically they are a few dollars more.

I dunno, a 2019 bucket bought from an Illinois club was $52, and I can't touch California must buckets for less than $99 plus the shipping. The Chattanooga Wine Club I mentioned above imports CA grapes every year. Pretty neat organization but they appear not to be interested in Chilean buckets.

ANYWAY, I may have finally gotten a statewide wine club interested. We now have the details of what to do. As Chris Rae sang, "I'M WORKIN' ON IT!" :D I've never worked so hard for 40 gallons of juice – and I'll still have to drive 2 hours one way to get it! :D Interestingly, I did confirm that there are ZERO outlets for it in my state (figured).

Could it be the difference is must or juice buckets. Your right, juice buckets are around $52 but frozen must is typically much more and from what I remember only 5 gallons. I realize the differences in different areas but below are what I pay around here. Glad you have a potential source.

Haven't found any dedicated wine juice cheaper than must, personally. About $90-100 for a little over 5 gallons. Plus freight. So I am really trying to work this out.
