Blue Ferrari Corker Maintenance Info

Is there anyway I can obtain a maintenance manual for a free standing blue Ferrari Corker. Unfortunately the push stem is out of wack and has chipped bottle mouths when using. That's not good.. I stopped bottling immediately. So far have poured out 1 750ml bottle of wine and am checking others. I have contacted Ferrari a number of times and they do not respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My first thought is if the plunger is off-kilter, heat it up and bend it back into place. Mine is thick steel, not sure I could bend if if it wasn't heated.

I've found manuals online for Ferrari corkers, but they're not the same model as mine.

You might want to check this out. I had a problem with my Ferrari corker years ago and found this fix developed by member NorCal. It has to do with the hardened steel pin controlling the plunger arm and the soft steel frame of the corker. The hardened pin wears the frame into an oval shape giving the arm too much play. I made the change NorCal suggested and it worked like a charm.

FYI -- working with images in the forum is not obvious. In Edit mode, you'll see "insert" in the upper left corner of each image. Click it, and you'll see:



Click "Full Image" and it will place the full size image where ever the insertion pointer is.

I tried to fix mine with the heat and beat method. Have up, purchased a new one.
