I thought this was going to be a bad kit due to the so low PH less than 3.00

But honestly, tastes very good and it's less than 2 months when I started it.
Also, some blueberry...

Is your gewurz dry or what is the final SG? Nice looking bottles of each.

I added the fpack that came with it, it is off dry. I don't think I checked the SG after the fpack but it was dry to 0.996 when I stabilized.
 
Ok, thanks. Sounds like a good one then. I have been drinking Chateau Ste. Michelle 2012 Gewurz. Really like it and would like to make something like it.
 
Looks real nice Varis and you say the Gewurztraminer taste very good, that's a combination hard to beat. :try
