I sealed up the last bottling of wine here. Dark Sweet Cherry / Maraschino Cherry and Black Muscadine wine. Both taste good already at 4 months from pitching the yeast. Still they will go into the aging rack tomorrow.
I love these shrink seals, boiling water and as fast as you can turn the bottle over and dip the neck the seal shrinks.
These little plastic tools make dipping the seal to shrink it a breeze. You use it to hold the seal in place while inverting the bottle. These are 36mm seals, I sort my bottles by brand, color, type, diameter, etc so my wines all match. I don't have a lot of 36mm seals just 3 colors so I'm careful which bottles to use with the larger diameter tops.
No labels on the glass, I buy merchandising Labels, Gold Leaf, I write on the label and wrap them around the seals. Makes it very easy to recycle the bottles.
