Thanks for the kind words everyone! Gonna let it bottle age for three months and see how it is at that point. Should be interesting to see how it progresses. As for as Zorks are concerned, I think they have several advantages: 1. Bottling convenience, as they merely require a light tap from a rubber mallet, 2. Elimination of the potential for corked wine, 3. Storage convenience as bottles can be kept upright due to not having to keep a cork moist, 4. And most of all, they're just damned cool!
