Two weekends ago Gina and I bottled the remaining 3-gal of our Heron Bay Sauvignon Blanc and all 5-1/2 gal of our WE Viognier.

The bottle tree came in handy!

So did the floor corker!

We back-sweetened much of the viognier, but I convinced Gina to leave me a dozen bottles unsweetened. We had a little trouble with the shrink wrap sleeves, but they turned outpretty good for our first attempt.

Our bedroom closet doubles for a wine cellar.

That's a MM Reisling and a CC Super Tuscan at the bottom. Guess I'll have to get another wine rack before it's time to bottle those.

Whats up? I don't see any empty spaces on that wine rack !!!

Waldo they had those 8 bottles that wouldn't fit on the rack to drink, and it's only been a few days since bottling.

Looks great. Waldo, you need new glasses as I see 3 empty spots on the right rack near the top and maybe 1 or 2 behind the Riesling!

That looks really good. We will be bottling for our first time this weekend. Hope they come out as nice looking as the job you did.
