I like the color of the Berry Sunsplash ! Looks really good!! And the frosted glass bottles!!!

Also impressed that you put those shrinkwrap capsules on all those bottles right away. By the time I have my bottles filled, corked and at least a sticker labelling what it is with a date - I'm ready to clean up. Proper labels and capsules come much later.

I love those Cobalt hock bottles and used them on my double batch of Peach ice wine. That Berry Sunsplash does have a real nice color to it and the Blackberry Merlot will make a nice summer drinker. Did you up the abv on that 1?

Looking good fivebk. Might not be a bad idea to wait a couple of days before adding the shrinks though in case you get a cork or two popping. My rule of thumb if you will is to let them sit upright for at least 3 days after corking to make sure they are going to hold.

I love those frosted bottles as well and used them to bottle hubby's Christmas wine for this year. Pelican, I'll label right away, in fact I print the labels to force me to bottle, but the capsules don't get put on until we give away wine and even then many go out undressed.

And I bet they will taste as good as it looks.

hint; you can put the shrinks on in boiling water instead of the heat gun.

Thanks for all the comments and advice.

Bert, I have Dandelion, Mulberry, and Apple pie in carboys and Cherry and Plum on deck. Now that I freed up 2 carboys I guess I should start another.

Yes! As long as all are of legal age.
