Carboy storage

I have 3 9/10 gallon carboys, and wondered how long the blackberry and apple mix in them will last, the age is a blend of 2009 to 2012. I don't bottle, but just fill up 1gallon demijohns and fill the house decanter as needed?

if proper sulfite protocol is followed should be okay. Also insure oxidization will not occur.
