Cellar Craft Cellar Craft Chardonnay-Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc

I just put these two wines on this past week and so far I am very pleased with their performance. I also added 1 lb of white raisins to each one for a little extra "chew" in the wine along with a little higher ABV. I have two extracts going (orange and lemon using vodka) which I plan to add to some or all of this wine.

I racked both of these wines yesterday and results so far are encouraging. Nice taste and color at this stage. Yielded just under 6 gallons. I should net about 5.5 gallons at bottling. I think I may have been a little light on the water.

Sound really good. Just make sure you top it off after it comes out of secondary. Your special additives should make up some of the difference.
