Fruit "Wine" Maker
Keep in mind that not ALL frozen fruit is picked/processed at peak or optimal ripeness. I've had frozen mango that was nowhere near peak ripeness. Some fruits fro winemaking are actually better slightly over-ripe both flavor and sugar content are then at the peak. Peaches are a great example. An peach so ripe that it's starting to get soft is the best tasting around. If you aren't getting juice on you it's not ripe enough.
Having said that if your location just doesn't have fruit stands you use what you can get.
