Look what we just picked up for $200. And it works. 1hp electric motor. Just have to go and get it and clean 'er up. Maybe some paint too!!! and it's Italian.

Hi Appleman

This is from Avanguardia Winery in Nevada City, Ca. This is the crusher/destemmer that I used many years ago. He went commercial 3 years ago.

and here is his workroom - - - ah to have the room - - - and sales - - - and $ coming in!!!

He now has a stainless steel crusher/destemmer with auger and must pump built in. What a way to go!!!
