Dandelion Wine

Anyone have a reliable recipe for Dandelion Wine I have a bumper crop and want to try some. Maybe you can share some info from past brews tahnks!

I can share my experience doing it several years ago. Turned out great but its very labor intensive! Used a recipe from an old thread on this forum and modified it somewhat. Hope my scribbling helps you.
