the is info is in the initial post, i added the tablets about 5 days after it quit bubbling whatsoever, i checked them they were at .0999only took about 2 weeks! for some reason this went VERY fast. i added the whirfloc tabs and the next day i had 1" of lees, so i racked them, yesterday, and now 24 hrs later they are 50% crystal clear and going fast. so bottom line they work.

exactly 5 days crystal clear from whirfloc tablets, just a heads up they work :sm

Wow, thats a lot of beer in a short period of time! I myself used to always have 4 kegs on tap in my fridge, typically a Red Ale, Magic Hat #9 clone, a wheat beer, and a cream ale. On top of that I had a 5th keg of either Sparkling Apple or Sparkling Raspberry wine.

Nice Selection Wade! I tried a beer last night that I fell in love with and now have to make it...LOL...Lagunitas Brown Shugga'...WOW! Big beer, very malty, 10% ABV, with a sweet side to it.....DAYUM!
I'm gonna make it in a few days!

Darn! You guys are making me thirsty!

I've got to find enough time to start another GF batch of beer (thanks to Tom and Aaron, I've got a good list going!). I think the next one will have to be at least 3 gallons - it's too time consuming to make only 1 gallon at a time!

FYI Tom, I found millet! Woot!

Raelene,
Sweet!!!! I found out that Clarity ferm, a product that I've been using for a while to help with chill haze also helps to produce a gluten reduced beer!
Check it out, click here

Very interesting Tom!
Now, if they could only perform a proper test for gluten in alcohol! Ack!

Wade, unfortunately...yes, I bottle all of mine. As soon as I can justify spend money on a kegerator, I'm jumping on it!
