If you are truly ready to make real home-made wine, want it to be drinkable, want it to be appreciated by friends and family, want it to be award-winning...

You're going to need a real, no-holds-barred Wine Making Course - written in plain English, and outlining every step you need to take to make the most amazing bottles of wine your palate has ever had the pleasure of savoring...

OR you can just read this forum ... probably better info than any Course I could have ever taken!

I agree.

A wine making course would give you a base knowledge, but there is not replacing years of exprience and the process of tayloring wine to your own tastes.

The beauty of this web site is that most advisors have done all of the above. They are like the best safty net that you could imagine. Any problem you encounter can be either cured or turned into a learning experience. Stay clost to these folks. You will never meet a more helpful and frindly group in your life.

To think of how much money it would take to aquire the collective knowledge found here.

In case I never said it to you guys, ...

THANKS!!!!!!

Learning- the on ging process

THIS IS HOW I SEE IT,WHEN I STARTED OUT IT WAS WITH FRESH JUICE AND TWO CARBOYS,AND NOTHING ELSE,(NOTHING ELSE):slp

STARTED A WINE CLUB,LEARNED FROM EACH OTHER ,THE DO'S AND DONT'S,TASTE A LOT OF DECENT WINES AND NOT SO GOOD ,BUT ALL THE WHILE LEARNING FROM MY PEERS.

CAME KITS,THE PROCESS FINALLY SEEPED IN,STEP BY STEP ,PATIENTS,LISTENING AND PRACTICING WHAT WAS LEARNT,APPLIED THE STEP BY STEP TO MY FRESH JUICE EXPERIENCES .KEEP ASKING QUESTIONS GETTING SOME GOOD REPLIES,JOINED THE FORUM AND THE EXPERIENCE EXPANDED ITSELF ACROSS THE CONTINENT,THEIR IS NOTHING IN THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF WINE MAKING OR MORE REAL THEN ASKING A LIVE PERSON OR EXPRESSING YOUR EXPERIENCES ,WITH ANOTHER,THIS IS A REAL WINE EXPERIMENT EVERY CHAT, EVERY REPLY ,EVERY QUESTION, EVERY AWARD AND FAILURE, SHARED IS AD LEARNED EXPERIENCE ,NO BOOK CAN BEGING TO SHARE...JUST MY OWN PERSOPNAL EXPERIECES......:hug
