WineXpert Eclipse Yeast

I just opened a WE Eclipse NZ Sauv.Blanc kit and as has been discussed above found EC-1118 and KIV-1116 yeast pks. Has anyone received any info from WineXperts on how to add these to the must.
Mike mentioned possibly just using the 1116 and fermenting in the 60*F range. I was thinking the same thing.
Has anyone fermented one of these kits yet? How did it turn out?
Any advice or suggestions would be welcomed.

I was just trying to find out if anyone had any additional information or recommendations. Plan to start my kit next weekend.

FWIW: As I noted on another thread, my WE Eclipse Riesling came with only one package of 1116 yeast. Not sure why they use two pkgs in some kits and only one in others.
