Other Enoferm RP-15 experience

I am branching out and looking to explore more yeast strains. I am wondering if anyone can provide their experience with the Enoferm RP-15 yeast? I am considering it for my next FWK Cab Sauv. I have used BM4X4, Avante, RC 212 and BMX in the past. Thanks

It’s an excellent yeast, it’s mostly used for Syrah and Zinfandel. It is a medium fermenter and does take some time to fully finish out but tends to produce full bodied and spicy reds and is my favorite red wine yeast. It was isolated out of a famous California Syrah vineyard.

It has a tolerance of 17% abv and will reliably ferment anything which is why I like it so much.
