Fall Juices

I ordered a Malvasia Bianca and a Sangiovase this morning when I arrived at work. Those will be my only non local juices this fall.

I'm not sure if I am getting any CA juices. I might get a Riesling and a Zinfindal but at this point I am getting strictly PA/NY juice

I wanted to get the Malvasia Bianca, I had it 3 years ago and it was very good. The rest will be PA juice again like last year. Only differnce being I don't think I need to get 124 gallons. LOL....

I will get cider and possibly Cherry again, if I get cherry I will also purchase some cherries and ferment together so that I get the darker colors and more flavor. I'll get Catawba and Fredonia, but with the Fredonia I may get grapes as well and co-ferment those. We'll see what else is available and the cost...

I need to pick up some 10 and 20 gallon Brute cans...

get some Edelweiss, I got some last fall and boy is this good.
