Ok...so I got legit and bought a vinmetric analyzer...was getting near where I hoped to bottle my first grape wine from a bucket...
5 gallon carboy
After adjusting acid I got it at 3.65ph
Did the free so2 titration and came up with 22...
Using 0.8 target molecular for red wine
This is how ferm calc spit out my additional does that look legit 1.12 grams? And the equilibrium constant is supplied?
