I can't seem to post in the introduction thread, so pardon me for using this one.
I'm trying my hand at making my first couple batches of wine. I've got some elderberry aging, some more fermenting and also some black berry merrily bubbling right now.
So I'll thank you in advance for the assistance I'll probably be asking for.
