Finer Wine Kit First taste

Just racked and filtered my fwk petite syrah. Its a forte kit. I fermented it in April. I'm excited to taste it again in another few months. Right now I really like it. It definitely needs to mellow a few more months though.

I still haven't bottled, Being lazy. It's bulk aging now over a year.

I have Petite Shiraz kit in the fridge. I will be leaving abroad for a few weeks soon so I don’t want to leave anything unattended. My wife likes only the final stage of the process which is drinking. The rest is on my head.

That is not laziness, that is proper winemaker protocol. You really need to sell yourself better. This is a virtue.
