i am to produce 5 gal batch .Would i just X5 ALL THE INGREDIENTS OF YOUR RECEIPE

What recipe are you looking at? Never just use the amount of sugar suggested. start with the SG of your juice and adjust as required to reach your target SG. You will only need 1 packet of yeast too but assuming the other ingrediants are Campden, Nutrient, Energizer and Pectic Enzyme then yes, 5X those

thanks for info --what would be the estimated pounds of muscadine need for the 5 gal batch . i have collected 30-35 lbs thus far

I would use no less than 6lbs per gallon so it sounds like you are good to go for a 5 gallon batch. Start it off at around 5-1/2 gallon which will give you some for topping off later on in the process.
