this years Raspberry preserves wine, ready to drink in 6 months and mellow smooth (neighbors batch, not mine
and my famous left over pie filling wine. yep that one is good, had to back sweeten a bit.
yea using canned fruits is not a bad idea, just remember that you are basically using a concentrate of flavors and sugar. Take notes so you can adjust the next try. My first attempt at left over pie filling wine, and my current recipe has evolved as the stuff gets better each year. I think the wife buys so much extra pie fillings each Thanks giving just to get me to m.ke another batch. This year is blueberry cherry
