So I am new to winemaking, I primarily made beer, but recently i caught the bug. Ive tried a few small batches that were only okay. So here is what I'm after. I am looking for a "go to" wine recipe.Pretty much a red wine recipe that i can leave dry or sweeten or add specific flavors to please certain people. I know this may seem like a ridiculous request but if anyone has advice i would greatly appreciate it!
