Grape Pack

The juice, grape pack, bentonite and yeast are all in my newly sanitized 10 gallon fermenter. I noticed that the lid on this pail does not close as tightly as those on the standard 6.5 gallon fermenter. I also noticed that there is no hole for an airlock.
I'll keep you posted on the progress.

the point here is no for anyone to be 'righter' than another..the good thing is the 'discussion' because it brings out more information...rounds things out...triggers a reply from someone who also 'wondered' or someone who has a tip or two
