I was going to ask what recipe @RussMiner used and how it turns out because my sister has frozen a bunch for me.

I am using LD Carlson fruit wine base. Added 5 tsp yeast nutrients 1 tblsp tannin.

That was my first thought, which is why I laughed at your post.

Growing up, my elderly neighbor had a rhubarb patch that was humongous. No such thing as running out, no matter how much we picked. That was the source for my first wine.

I've never done rhubarb wine or dandelion but I may try a blend this spring my 80 yr old neighbor has a big patch of rhubarb and more weeds in her lawn than cheech and Chong, so I might capitalize on it..@winemaker81
