Technically, fermentation is my aim...Wines,Ciders,(maybe a Friar Tuck style mead in the future), and freeze distillation were my goals for the time being.

Near Spokane. Fairly new to the area...From what I'm understanding, one of the better regions to be acquiring materials for my experiments turned realistic refreshment (Columbia Basin).

Looks like that will be removed from my to-do list. Did not realize that it was not acceptable...A still is illegal. It is also illegal to freeze? Glad to learn that before potentially causing myself unnecessary problems. Thanks.
