Gruner veltner
Brix 22.4
TA 0.59
Ph 3.38

Would you adjust anything?
I'm thinking of using 71b-1122 for the yeast. Would you use D47?

I would knock down that pH (an increase the TA) just a bit. I like my whites to zing on the pallet especially something like a groovee. Something around 3.2-3.25 on the pH side. Let your taste buds be your guide in the end.

Its always best to do adjustments pre-fermentation but a white is easier to adjust post fermentation (vs a red) IMHO.
