Started home wine making about 10 years ago and stopped due to a move and life. Recently got back into doing mostly WE kits. Discovered Jack Keller and started a gallon each of apple, peach and strawberry. Waiting for them to clear. Getting ready to bottle WE Riesling this Thursday. Looking forward to learning more.
