Found this forum bout 2 weeks ago and never introduced my self.
Been appreciating wine for years and just got a full blown wine kit for xmas.
The rest is history, I have jumped in with both feet and having a blast!
Presently got going;

winexpert 6 gal cab/merlot-final, extending b4 bottling
6 gallon strawberry wine - fermenting
5 gallon apple wine - stabalizing & clearing
4 gallon concord grape - stabalizing & clearing
1 gallon mead - clearing very nice
1 gallon red metheglin- stabalizing & clearing
1 gallon pineapple wine - clearing
2 gallon pineapple/orange/banana wine - just finished fermenting

books; making wild wines & meads
the home winemakers companion
winemaker's recipe handbook
the winemaker's answer book
....so far.

Yep, kinda jumped in full steam ahead !:D

Howdy, Glad to have ya aboard. If you run into any problems or have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Somebody will jump in and try and help.Take care, Arne.

Looks like you are off to a good, fast start! I bet those will taste great when you are finished. I have heard you won't get much / any banana flavor from the banana mix. I really want to do a pineapple, let us know how it turns out for you.

Javila, go go go go! It is a great hobby and this forum can aid you if needed. Browse the entire home page as there is a lot of neat stuff there.

Another great resourse for learning is Lum Eisenman's Home Wine Making manual. Google his name and it's a free download. Excellent!

Welcome.

You definitely have a good start!
