Welcome,
Strawberry is mostly water so you need 6-8#'s per gallon. Because of bulk you need 2 plastic fermentors (2X25ltr buckets) straining bage for the fruit.
When you are ready ck back here for more detail info.
A MUST is a Hydrometer.

Thanks for the quick reply i googles hydrometer and wiki said A hydrometer is an instrument used to measure the specific gravity (or relative density) of liquids; that is, the ratio of the density of the liquid to the density of water. Is there a spercific place to buy these or is ebay good and are they exspensive?

Edit/ ive just seen some for around £3 and £1 postage.

If you have a homebrew or winemaking store they would have it or EBAY
more to the list
Wine yeast
Airlocks
Siphon
tubing...

You can purchase these for a fe bucks at any wine or beer supply store. EBay is a place you could purchase them. They are invaluable when it comes to making wine/beer.

Without one it's just a guessing game.

Welcome to the forum Enjoy.
