My name is Ethan and I've just gotten started making wine this year in my Northern Indiana apartment. So far I've made a gallon of strawberry wine and a gallon of blackberry wine from store bought fruit, both better than I expected. I currently have 6 gallons of blackberry wine in secondary that is made from 25 pounds of fruit picked on my parents farm in the Ohio River Valley. Looking to start getting into kits soon.
