Welcome WildBill! My peach wine I started on July 4th was the same way with no peach flavor. I added an F-pac which didn't seem to be enough. Every time I racked after that I topped up with Torani peach syrup http://shop.torani.com/Peach-Syrup/p/TOR-362559&c=Torani@Syrups which also sweetened it and added flavor. I just racked it again this morning and the flavor and sweetness is perfect.

That's what I used to backsweetened with last weekend. I love the color it gives too. I wish the peach wasn't quite so artificial. I will add cinnamon sticks to half my wine for 24 hours before bottling. That is a good combo.
