Hi! Ok, I don't know how I lost them but they are gone... I can't find the instructions that came with my latest kit. I started a "Selection Speciale Blackberry Port" from Winexpert last week and I think I am supposed to do something to the kit tomorrow. Right now it's sitting in the primary bucket

Funny thing is that I wrote on my calendar "in 5-7 days, check to see if the SG is 1.015. If it is then [FONT="]we need to add the chapatalization package. Read directions" I have this written on my calendar for tomorrow.. I don't know how to add a [/FONT][FONT="]chapatalization package and I don't have my instructions to read.
I emailed winexpert but have not heard anything back from them. I was hoping someone there might be able to email me a copy of the directions for this kit.
Any ideas of how to add this packet tomorrow? Thanks for the help!
