Start a must just no fruit. Water, nutrients and sugar and yeast. Pick your gravity (1.080 for mine) and when finished blend with the pumpkin (or other wine) to thin out without watering it down.

I'll add a bit of the pumpkin once it's up and going.

This is my 1st pumpkin and I thought it would have thinned more.
