Hi from San Diego

Hey everyone! I've been into wine for quite some time now, but just decided that it's time for a new hobby I'll truly enjoy. I haven't pulled the trigger on an equipment kit yet because I'm not sure if I should piece my own together or just buy one and swap out pieces I want to change. I'm planning on starting with a good kit since I've been researching, watching videos, looking at posts here, and it seems relatively simple. Thanks for all of the help so far and I'm excited to be part of the community!
