There's a bunch of dry counties in Arkansas still. Waldo and I live in one in fact. You can buy beer (except on Sunday), but for wine or likker you have to go to one of the stores in the closest county. It's slowly loosening up - emphasis on slowly. More local restaurants are getting private club licenses to serve alcohol. They found it increases business - imagine that.
