A friend of mine wants to make a mild wine with low ABV. Probably around 5 to 7 %. Will it keep for a year or two? It will be Fruit Wine mostly and perhaps some home grown grapes and Scuppernong What do I need to know please. TYIA for all replies.
How long will wine last at 6-7%abv?
