Hi all from Hattiesburg, MS. I have been making wine from kits for about two years. I now want to start with frozen grapes and make a batch, but I need to learn a bit more about the process steps, when to add what and how much, etc. All help in this regard will be appreciated. I have been reading books on the subject, but none reduce the wine making down to a step-by-step process.
