Hi all from Hattiesburg, MS. I have been making wine from kits for about two years. I now want to start with frozen grapes and make a batch, but I need to learn a bit more about the process steps, when to add what and how much, etc. All help in this regard will be appreciated. I have been reading books on the subject, but none reduce the wine making down to a step-by-step process.

A second place with full write ups is MoreWine.com. They have both red and white grape instruction sheets.
The big difference in kits vs doing buckets is folks start treating wine as a year long process. By doing this the clarifiers mostly aren’t needed. However if you still want to do a 90 day process you could follow the kit instructions. ? How much? when I do grape I follow the dosage instructions on the bottle.
