Hi All
Thank you for letting me join your forum. My name is Rick I live in northern New York in the Adirondack mountains. My first try at wine making was many many years ago when I was 15 or 16. I am now 59 . My first attempt was dandelion wine then I made a cranberry and a potato and grape. They all turned out great except the dandelion. I did it with out any sanitizing or airlocks just gallon glass jugs.
Well now I am getting back into it with all the proper equipment. So far I have 6 gallons of honey wine that is in the secondary ferment. Last week end I started a coffee wine just because I had all the stuff to make it and my granddaughter wanted to help me. Always good to get them involved.
I have been looking through the site and will have many questions I am sure.
