I have one empty row (15 vines) that I want to plant next year. I was looking at NE Vine Supply and reading about Sabrevois. Listed as very hardy and ripens to 18-20 Brix with low acid. I thought it might be a good blender for my Marquette, Petite Pearl, and Frontenac.
Does anyone here have experience with this grape? It’s not something I’ve run into at local vineyards, but some grow its sister St. Croix.
