I messed up the suggested process and I am considering adding a couple of jars of Blackberry jam. I will prevent any possible ferment first. How can I best liquify and add the jam.
 
I am going to put it in a pan with a half cup of wine and heat up unit it dissolves, May reduce a little. Gonna try 2 jars. Will that add body without too much sweetness. I suppose not add too much sugar as it will only be about 48 - 50 grams of sugar.
