I really like traditions. And I really like old things and antiques.

But I am also into high tech. So, I just don't see anything wrong with wine in a can.

In fact, I can see a lot of benefits. Such as crushing the aluminum can for storage before recycling. Yes, you can also smash a bottle before taking to the recyclers..... but that is not as fun or pleasant doing it on your forehead as with a can.....

Of course the very pretentious may have a problem with wine in a can. But maybe Willimans-Sonoma has a $350 can smashing do-hicky to purchase to help assuage the pretentious personalities. ;)

oh dear. What next? finding the correct yeast that maximizes or minimizes the aluminum can taste.:D
