RJ Spagnols Juice Bag Spout Box Notch

Title has a lot of nouns. Hopefully it made sense!

I read on here a wish for a notch in the box of RJS boxes for the juice bag spout, like the one on the WE kit boxes.
I'll admit, my first kit was a RJS, but I was new at this game, so I struggled and spilled a little.
Same with my first WE kit. Then I read that wish mentioned above and used the notch for my third and fourth kit. Very handy, indeed, but I still managed to spill a bit.

Back to RJS...
I got a Super Tuscan going tonight.
Cut a couple slits in one of the box's handle holes and, being on the side of the box, this works even better than the WE notch.

Anyhow, this SuperTuscan juice has a much different taste than any of the Malbec and Cabernet Sav kits I've made.
Lots more dark fruit and less red fruit.
Added a heavy dose of FT Rouge and swapped in BM45.
Planning on an 8 week EM.

Immediately after adding the skins and stirring, I measured 1.105.
Should turn out a nice bold wine!
With 5 kits ahead of this one, I should be able to wait it out.


...2 hours later, I just pitched and measured 1.109.
