The only stuff I added besides the juice concentrate was a little nutrient and pectic enzyme. That, and sugar to get to the SG. It made 5 gallons -- I started with 5.5 gallons or so in the primary bucket, and had some extra in a 1.75L bottle to top up with after racking.
As for the flavor... well, it tastes kinda like fruit punch. It's delicious, I'm not quite sure how else to describe it. I'm not much of a wine person, really. (hah, but I make wine!)
Oh, and I used Premier Cuvee yeast.
