Excellento! Very nice color...tell us more such as quantity, any problems, etc. looks really good, residual flavors etc.?. I get really excited when I hear about pineapple and such exotic fruit wines. Moreso, when victory is accomplished through patience and "good notes." Keep the notes people, you'll never redo whatnot's recorded. "Mahalo" (thanks) for sharing!
 
The only stuff I added besides the juice concentrate was a little nutrient and pectic enzyme. That, and sugar to get to the SG. It made 5 gallons -- I started with 5.5 gallons or so in the primary bucket, and had some extra in a 1.75L bottle to top up with after racking.

As for the flavor... well, it tastes kinda like fruit punch. It's delicious, I'm not quite sure how else to describe it. I'm not much of a wine person, really. (hah, but I make wine!)

Oh, and I used Premier Cuvee yeast.
 
peach nectar juice wine

ingredients will make 2 gallon
3lt-peach nectar juice.
2lt-white grape juice.
1.5kg-sugar.
1tsp-pectolase(per gal)
1tsp-GP wine yeast compound(per gal)
water.
