I'll let you know down the road...lol

The skins still had some goodies but didn't want to press too hard to avoid a too tannic wine.
Gave skins to friend, about 5gal, for moonshine.
 
He will learn by osmosis, and someday after you are gone he will uphold the family tradition and teach it to his sons or daughters or both. My oldest (16 yrs) is always asking questions. He has the role of yeast down pretty well but hasn't learned the importance of bottle cleaning. I invite him to help but he usually passes.

I did not have family (Uncles/Aunts/Cousins/3rd Cousins/God Parents/etc) who enjoyed the fermenting lifestyle. My older brother has dabbled in beer and wine, but the rest haven't, though they are always quite willing to accept free samples.
