Mosti Mondiale Kit PH level

Have you ever tested the PH level of your kits? I was preforming two A/O free SO2 tests last night and to confirm the amounts I needed to know the PH level of the wine. To my suprise the PH level of both MM kits seem to be low. The PH meter was tested and calibrated and I checked it against a pocket PH meter I have. I have noticed this in the past just using my pocket PH meter with the high end MM kits. Should I be concerned?


The first one was a MMMasterCollectionOutbackChardonnayand the PH level tested @ 3.09

The second kit was a MMMasterCollection Pinot Grigio Mondiale and the PH level tested @ 2.98

Have seen numbers like that as well on my whites although I don't think I have had one below 3.00.

Just means lots of acid. Nothing to worry about.
