Here goes the question of the day - my local wine shop carries Winexpert kits and I want to make a dry full body white wine - oak or not dont really care.

Unfortunately I'm not very patient so,something that is drinkable quickly.

Anyone have a suggestion? This is like asking people what's your favorite car ford or Chevy! Ha-ha.

I like a dry white also. Given that you are going with WineExpert, I would try to find a Selection Estate New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Ferment it to dry (about SG 0.992 or so) and I think that would give you what you want.

My suggestion is to try WE Australian Chardonnay or Symphony. Both are good quality kits. You should understand that making wine does require some patience, particularly if you want a full-bodied wine.

If you prefer speed over body, I suggest you try their Mezza Luna White
